Mai
Muramoto

Mai did not build MaiXcel from a textbook. She built it from 35 years in the United States after arriving as a Vietnamese immigrant, mastering a new language, and building a career from the ground up.

Over more than two decades, she rose into Director-level and VP-caliber leadership roles at a $26B Fortune 500 company. She led major M&A integrations across global teams, directed enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in partnership with C-suite leaders, and learned firsthand what it takes to communicate clearly, collaborate across all levels of an organization, and earn credibility, trust, and respect in a language that was not always her first.

Along the way, she has successfully mentored many professionals through career pivots and high-stakes transitions. MaiXcel is the program she wishes had existed when she was starting out.
